My sec POA teacher: Mr Alex Tan... 29/01/08
I sure hope I can get hold of my secondary textbook!
Finally received my FOSSIL watch after waiting for weeks. Forking out another $20 for it is definitely worth the money, considering the fact that I recieve another new one after "trading-in" my old one. And guess what, it has world time too! So it's almost like my SeiKo! Nice!
Hym... Hardly have enough time for anything nowadays. Still, I managed to squeeze out a few hours to shop @ Far East with Veron. I bought a bag and finally, my belt. I should have gotten a sling bag earlier and I very well know the reason well. = P
Anyway Veron, thanx for accompanying me!
Tuition tmr... *yawn*
Cheers!

Never judge a book by its cover...
I was engrossed reading "Relativity Simply Explained" and iPOD-ing away to notice that a pregnant lady has came onboard. Since it was a weekend, the bus was crowded and packed. There was clearly no seat available for her.
I didn't notice the whole commotion when a malay guy stood up from his seat and leaving his paper bag on the seat as a mode of reservation, approached the lady. By the way, the guy was seated at the back end of end the bus while the lady was in front. In summary, the guy took the extra trouble to reserve the seat and offer it to the lady.
I forgot the mention, the guy was heavily tatooed - both his arms were heavily decorated... Who would have thought?
Never judge a book by its cover...

A moment of ...
Have been staying up almost everynight till the wee hours of the day. Didn't realise but I have actually been following the repeat telecast of the show, Ghost whispers...
For those that do not know, the show is about the life of a lady who is able to see and communicate with the souls of the dead. Last night's episode had a particular scene that caught my attention. Oh! Just for your information, that scene has nothing to do with ghost encounter.
Well, just to fill you up alittle of what has happened. In the show, a guy actually invited a lady, a widower, whom he fancies to a theater show. However, the guy did not turn up on the day itself, leaving the lady all alone, waiting outside the entrance. In other words, the guy played the girl out. Well, the worst part was that the girl actually had a personal dilemna before accepting the offer which I would not dwell upon.
As you would have guessed, the lady was furious and seriously disturbed by the guy's choice of action. Apparently the guy felt it was quite a pressure, one that is too much for him to take, to eventually absence himself from the date.
When the guy finally came to his senses, he tried to apologize to the lady. He tried many ways, gifts etc... but to no avail. He even sent her a cell just so to be able to talk to her and ask her out for a coffee when the lady has been shutting him out delibrately.
So much has been said, you must be wondering what I am driving at. Haha...
Anyway, the scene that caught me thinking was the one where the guy actually brought portable coffee table and chairs, accompanied with 2 cups of coffee, waiting for the lady outside the lady. I guess the ending doesn't require anymore elaboration ya? (Yes, the lady finally reconcile with the guy).
I was just pondering... it was centuries when I actually did something thoughtful and nice to the ones I love (Not including my family members. You shd get what I am trying to say). Well, perhaps it's time...

Photo of the Month... No explanation needed
Went for tuition. Today's lesson was quite okay. Jos wasn't very disruptive. In fact, he has been quite a nice de-stress for me too.
Went to bugis to get a cover for the iPOD. Well, the cover cost $18. Quite ok. Feeling alittle sad as I accidentally spoiled my new ear phones from Lorraine which was barely 2 mths old. Hym...
Decided to go for a swim since I brought my swimming gear when I received a sms from Gary earlier in the day but only to be told that it was cancelled due to poor attendance. Decided to try Delta Swimming Pool. I reckon not many would know of the pool ya? It's beside Redhill MRt. Did 8 laps w/o stopping and did a couple more with free-style. Somehow I didn't feel like I was drowning unlike other times.
Here's the pict of the month:
Oh! Going over to my Granny's place this Fri to teach my sis Maths.
Home cook food!!!! Yummy!!!!!!!!

生日三部曲... (continued)
Honestly, I was expecting something. Maybe a cake awaiting for me at Veron's place. But the turn-out caught me by surprise and the appearances of Eileen and XY... I was seriously taken aback to see all the folks there! Not to mention my Mum actually had alittle participation in the whole action itself. = P

But I certainly have no comment for the 2 flowers in the chest... (For one moment I thought I was looking at Mermaid, or perhaps Merman)I received a mug from XY and Eileen too! Haha... I'm seriously overjoyed to see them! I was still telling Mich the weekend they are back we should go JB to feast! Haha... Thanx for the mug ya!?

Feel so guilty to get everyone down late in the night. SO i volunteered to send some of them back - Lorraine and Veron.
Lorraine passed me another gift too! It's a japanese book! It reads elementary japanese or something along the line. Hym... Just when I was about to forsake Japanese ya?! I hope this book can rekindle my limited passion for the language but after looking the first page, I certainly think otherwise. No matter wat, I promise to try ya!?
Was about 1am when I reached home. Had a quick bath and was determined to get the clip with the birthday song which the MONSTER guys sang for me on my blog (as you have figured out by now, I failed again...). Then Mich came along and asked me to look for her gift.
Was finding it fishy when Veron and XY talked about dunno wat princess who sleeps on mattress and is able to detect dunno wat pee or pea until Mich told me she had her gift hiden somewhere in my room. Whao!! She went thr my cupboard! Did you see my undies!? *embarassed* Anyway, the IPAD... Oops... I mean IPOD is a crazy gift! Haha...
You sure about it?! It is over $200! Well, since you have given me, you CANNOT take back le!!! Wahahaha... No worries! Even if the IPOd is silver, it is still IPOD! It really doesn't matter what colour it is. But honestly, it's really an expensive gift. Thanx a million! Actually, I feel quite bad. I'm quite infamous for being the stingy one so all these are really too kind!

I was trying to figure out how to install music into the player and I guess I took alittle longer than expected as my time reads 4:49am on my seiKO watch. Haha...
Fortunately I have no lesson except for my tuition later. Got to get back to my studies. Been sleeping and slacking abit. Not right!
Once again, I really wanna thank all my folks for their effort in making my birthday a special one. You folks know who you are and I owe EVERYTHING to you all!
Cheers!

生日三部曲...
*yawn yawn* Sleepy! Nap time....
Till then...
生日 part 2 - 民歌餐厅
I really appreciate Veron's effort in having my birthday being broadcasted over the air. It is the first-time someone actually sang a Birthday Song for me. The best part was that it was not by one, but 4! And 4 great singers! Haha... Thanx!!! I shall post the clip once I have received it from Veron.
Here it is! The clip with MONSTERS singing me a birthday song! I love the clip!!!! AH!!!
In the meantime, enjoy this... Haha... I shall practice my XIng Dong Xing Tong!!! Haha...

浪子, Folks in Black... 19/01/08
My band of Sisters:
My band of brothers: (too bad wei Jie is not able to make it...)
For those who do not understand the rationale for taking the photo of the legs, here it is. The bottom right corner is the first prototype. It was taken last year @ Changi Airport. As for the one with our faces, your folks shd know why ya!?

My favourite photo for tonight has to this. This photo really reminds me of the times I spent with Ren Feng in TW. The numerous 自拍. Sweet memories! And hor, Yong Jie's photography skills are not bad too!
Anyway, I have a few words that I have wanna say to my folks and especially the band of Sisters... haha... Thanks for being accomodating towards my endless amount of crap, bottomless stomach, lame jokes, sporadic mood swings... It has been a great pleasure meeting and knowing u folks. Really thankful for accomodating my rubbish all along. No worries as I've decided to be a BETTER Man... Haha...
Think as we get older and burden with more responsibilities, we might not be able to meet up as often as possible but the wonderful time we have spent together will always be memories that we hold dear to our hearts. = P
Oh ya! Thanx for the Presents!!!! Haha...
And hor, I paid $80 for the dinner!!! I'm seriously broke liao... Dead broke!!! Haha... However, no regrets!
I think it is a good idea to have a colour code. We shall carry on this tradition!
I'm so so so looking forward to my watches!!!
Cheers!!!

First week in School... 18/01/08

Couldn't wait for lesson to end today. Guessed I had information overload after the last lecture. = (
Went to meet Mich and Wj. I was early. Didn't know where to go after alighting bus 852. I walked towards the Mac and saw a playground. Haha... Wanted to give it a try on the swing but, er... decided otherwise. I walked on alittle and found a path that I have never seen before.

I didn't too spend much time on top as my foot started to hurt again, ever since last weekends. Haiz... ANyway, I took more photos...

By the time I was almost done with the trail, Mich was back. Went to her house for a while before leaving for AMK hub to meet Wj. I wonder what got into me as I actually agreed to dine @ New York New York. Haha... Guess it's the weekend. Should treat myself to some good food right? (what an excuse...)
I felt quite bad. I ordered a whole chicken. Er... to make it worst, I didn't finish it and ended up wasting food. Not Good!
The food wasn't too bad. Maybe I ordered too much. I must NOT be greedy in future.
Went cellphone shopping with Mich for a while before going home. I feel so exhausted for no reason... I must be old... Ah!!!
Oh! I finaLLY ordered my new Fossil watch too! Here it is:
Hym... Wj and Mich think it is ugly. Well, i think it is quite ok. I kind of like the colour and design. My only prob: digital. Well, I tend to associate digital watch with being kiddy. There and again, I shouldn't be picky. Anyway, the watch comes with a couple of other functions and most of all, it resembles the one that the folks have given me. Haha... Perhaps the most important of all, it costs $177. I think I don't have to fork out too much ya!?
As for my Sicko, I mean Seiko watch, I have decided where to get it. I am still $50 short. I shall see if my piggy bank has sufficient money. I actually wanted to get the watch shown in the picture below until I saw someone in my class wearing the same one. I guess I have to source for another one.
SP_A0198.jpg)
Haha... I hope to get the SeiKo watch on my Birthday itself. I want to treat it as a present for myself. It is going to be the most expensive gift I have gotten for myself in the event I really do purchase it. Just hope I can carry the watch well as my wrist is way too Small. *sob*
Don't worry, I know very well I still have 10 more months to .... So in the mean time, I kn0w what I have to do.
Hungry... = (

Gifts... 16/01/08
Haven't been updating my blog...
Anyway, went with Veron to fetch Mich from the airport a few days ago. Here are the gifts I received! Haha... Some of the photos are repeated but I received lots of goodies! (Spot the pair of ...) v('o')v
Thanx Mich!
*Yawn* Got to teach tuition later. A bit not looking forward to it... Haha... But for my 10 months, I shall...

Decommissioned slippers & new TV... 13/01/08
Went to Bugis to pray. The place was too crowded and Daddy couldn't find any parking lot. In the end, only me and my mother managed to pray. The sky was getting dark when we decided to drop by our brother's working place @ Liang Court. I think the shop is called Audio House or something.
Just realised there is another Kino in Singapore and it is located at Liang Court too. It isn't really spacious. Of cause, nothing beats the one at Taka.

Didn't really know why we were @ my bro's working place until in the car when I heard that we were supposed to collect TV. Hym... I didn't know that Dad actually bought one. It was upon reaching the shop that I found out that Dad actually asked bro to keep a look-out for nice and TV.
AFter my bro was back from his collection, we found out that the Tv cost 3k... Haha... Think Dad got alittle surprised that it is that expensive. But it was all undue worries as bro explained tht he is paying for the TV via instalments and intend to give the new TV to Dad as a gift. My heart melted... ( I know jolly well y, especially after all the ordeal ) = P Apparently my brother has lobang! He got the TV @ 2k instead of 3k. Still, it is seriously a great gesture of him. I checked out the price of an IPOD. Hym... Cheap but not cheap enough for me. Haha... So folks, if you wanna get any electrical appliances, come look for me ya?! I can help you get some discounts.
Well, as I am typing away on my computer, my Dad is still meddling with the new 42' TV downstairs. Haha... And the time now is 11:56pm.
Oh! I finally decommissioned my blue slippers. Yes, the one that slips everytime in the rain. I replaced it with a cheaper one, only $1.90. I hope it will serve me in the days to come...
Hym... Been suffering this acute pain in my right foot-board (if u know where I am refering to). I reckon majority of the blame has to go to shopping cum route march over the weekends but the worn-out shoes that I have on shd be responsible too. I hope the pain will go away soon.
I have gotten my CNY clothes too! Glad to have finished doing my load. Here it is:

I'm quite happy with my catch. I guess I am going to go back to my saving plan from now, if I do not want my 10 months to be longer. I got another top too! But too lazy to snap a photo of it. Think I shall get another cheap black belt to top it off (if my budget allow that is to say)...
School is starting tomorrow and I am still awake at this hour. No good. = (
Anyway, I am happy to have some things sorted out. I'm really glad to have it ironed out. I am closer to having one of my new year resolutions cleared. I guess plan B is abit impossible now but I guess accomplishing plan A itself is good enough.

Disappointed... 11/01/08

The seond show for this year is Le Grand Chef (식객 - 2007). In korean, it is called SIK GAEK. Hee... Didn't expect much from the show but I was glad it managed to keep me awake. It has a strong plot and the humorous lines were a great blend. I guess I appreciate Korean more than Jap. Hym...
Anyway, bought a pair of Levi's Jeans. Feel happy with my catch although my wallet would beg otherwise. I guess I am more or less done for my CNY shopping.
Without a watch, er... It is definitely inconvenient. Shall get a replacement soon.

*no title* ... 08/01/08
Went for dinner with my army fren. It was a nice and simple dinner. We spent about 2 hours filling each other on the events in our lives lately. He is keen on setting up an online shop or something along this line.
Hym... If it was a couple of months ago, I would have been very interested. But after TBC , my perspectives seem to have changed. I acknowledge that having a business is perhaps the way to go for financial freedom but for now, I have other priorities in-lined.
Perhaps TBC has served me well as I can say, " I've been there, done that"...
*yawn* Nocturnal lifestyle is taking its toll on me. = (
I'm seriously considering my tennis game tmr...
Contest Jay Chou... 08/01/08

MOnday BLues... 06/01/08
Been trying to get the song that I heard Michelle singing during our KTV session. It's called 阳光宅男 by 周杰伦! Like the groove and hip in the song! Hope it helps me making our monday blues alittle less than usual. = p
ANyway, Take has emailed me! Happy!!! He wanna thank Veron and Lorraine for bringing them around that day. SO here's a big THANK YOU from him and me too! Haha...
Cheers!

Kyoto Sweets!? ... 04/01/08

Remember I mentioned we spent 15 mins scrutinisng a poster of the Hokkaido food fare poster? Here it is:
The finger belongs to Veron and she is pointing to the dessert which take and his wife have recommended. Haha... I shall try that in the near future!
Learnt 5 japanese characters from Veron! I am looking forward to my next 5!
Feel lazy to blog... zzZZZ
Oh! I saw the watch that I want to buy! Er... The price is back to its original, 500 plus... *Faint*
Mustafa is the only option...
watashi wa kaku sei jyou des... 03/01/08
9:50am: My alarm went off and I had a hard time trying to pull myself up. I promised to give Veron a morning call at 10am so I better make sure I did just that. Fortunately, I managed to and well, I could hear from her voice that she was clearly exhausted from the run the night before. After hanging up with her, I was back to my needed sleep.
11:30am: The second alarm sounded and I finally had to drag myself out of bed as I was going to be late if I chose to be beaten by the zzZZ monster. I had a quick bath and got dressed. Before I know it, I was on my way to Veron's place to fetch her.
Well, when I went to her place, she was all well prepared and sitting on her chair reading her comic. Hym... To those that know her, this is a rare event as Veron is perpetually LATE! I'm thankful for her extra punctuality. Haha...
12:59pm: I finally reached ParkRoyal Hotel. I was really afraid about being late as I didn't wanna leave a bad impression with them since Japanese are famous for their punctuality etc... The moment I alighted the car and walked towards the lobby, I was telling Veron how scared I was... I was ecstatic!!! So much so that I wanted to shit... I was crapping and crapping alot to myself. Haha... I just couldn't help it man...
I wasn't sure Take could recognise me since the last photo I sent him was a candid shot taken during the Summer Fest which I had took with my folks back then. And the thing was that I had specs on. Haha... To make things worst, the only form of recognition of Take was the photo which he sent me during one of the first emails that we had exchanged. All I could remember was that his wife wasn't very pretty. Oops...
Boy was I in for a shock as I saw Take and his wifey. Haha... He is TALL!!! I think he is about 1.8m!!! And his wife, er... average height. But the thing is that, his wife looks so pretty!!!! Haha... I was WRONG to think that she was not at all gorgeous. Hee... We exchanged some greetings and we headed for my car. It wasn't a long journey but the dead silence between us made it seemed like a rather long and never ending path. Well, once we reached the car, things changed for the better. Take seemed to take a liking towards my car as he looked and examined it with due care. Haha... It was quite weird but well, I'm weird for my voracious appetite so, what's weird??!!?
Btw, I accidentally scratched the bumper of my car as I left the car park. Freak! I'm going to be slaughtered for sure. You folks should know why... = (
1:30pm: We reached Wen Tong Ji @ Balestier Road. From the short conversation the day before, I understood that Take's wife like to eat chicken rice. What other place to have delicious hainanese chicken rice then Wen Tong Ji ? Haha... Actually, I'm not a regular customer of the shop. After all, I have only been there once.
Finding a car park was real hard. I was glad to settle for Balestier Plaza's. It was slight walk to Wen Tong Ji from the car park and it was probably the best time to break the dead silence and we did just that.
1:45pm: We were finally got to the table in Wen Tong Ji. Hym... And we got the same table that I sat when I came with the Olympus team. Haha... It's fated. = P We ordered some food and we were started to chat.
The interesting Q came when Take asked why I approached him in the first place. Hym... As I have verifed from the archive of emails that we have exchanged, it was he who approached me first! Haha... It reads:
The bill amounted to a total of $86.45. Well, without a second thought (coz I had about third of fourth), I took out my card... Take offered to go dutch but it just didn't feel right. What do you think? Anyway, I'm going to very very broke. Haha... Still, I am happy as I can finally say that I have treated Veron to a good meal after all the treats and little stuff I have recieved from her. Hee~~ 2:30pm: We reached our house in a record timing of less than 15mins. Seemed like we were early as I didn't plan anything except dinner. Haha... We explored my room, my parent's and my bro's. Lucky I did a bit f tidying. I would not like them to see the way my room was 2 days ago. = P
As planned, I showed them my Taiwan photos. I was told that Take's wife has been to Taipei! Haha... She could recognise most of the places in the photos. And er... they got a good laugh when they saw my Beitou photo! Haha... My face was definitely red then. Take was always asking me if I am attached after his failed attempt at Wen TOng ji. He tried again as he saw Lorraine's photo and I promptly dismissed it. Haha... They were seriously amused by the number of photos that I have taken, mostly the ones that just had my face, BIG face in them.
Ah! Here 's what I receive from Take as a gift!

They are famous local sweets from Kyoto! As Take explained, they are iconic of Kyoto and is a must-try!! Haha... Thanx dude! I'm gonna share with my folks! Haha...
Well, apart from the perfect CHinese, Take also impressed me with his handwriting! I was quite confident of my own when he wrote down his and his wifey's...

Er... his handwriting is seriously very nice! Haha... Furukawa Takeshi and Furukawa Yuka!! Their names are so nice!!! And guess what my dear folks, please address me as Kaku Sei Jyou from now! Haha... It is my name is Japanese!!! Whao!!!! So happy!!!
Take has a great memory! He is able to tell the temple which I visit in Su Zhou! Haha... He is great! And his ability to recite one of the famous Tang poems clearly blown me and Veron away...
We chatted for a while before I handed him some gifts that I had gotten from Mustafa. Think they will get to know the price since they also visited Mustafa to grab some souvenirs. *faint* Anyway, before we left for Bugis, we took a group photo. The first try was terrible as we captured only the ladies. Here's the best we have taken:
Not sure if they would like the taste, I decided to take them to try 龟苓膏. They have never tasted something like this but they did commented that it was nice. Haha... Perhaps they were polite. After all, it was bitter, very bitter. Hee...
We took a walk through Bugis Street. Nothing quite catch their attention except for a gigantic rotating metal fan in the middle of the Street. Haha... It is seriously titanic! I, myself, have never noticed that!!! What happened next really took me and Veron by surprise! Haha...
We saw a poster talking about Hokkaido fair, featuring Japanese food from a Japanese restaurant. We actually spent 15 mins scrutinising the poster! haha... Take and Yuka were laughing at the menu written on the poster... Seemed like the food that was being mentioned wasn't really representative of Hokkaido. Haha... Er... Did I mentioned the culture shock(the exact words from Yuka), when they saw Ajisen Ramen's Menu?! No explanation needed.

Hee... Take promised me that he will bring me to the best local delicacies when I visit Osaka. He asked me to plan a trip there. Haha... I said I have no money and he said, "Do not worry a single thing when you are in Osaka. I will take care of everything". *sob sob* Those words were touching!!! Haha... I know if there is ever going to be a trip, not anytime soon.
6:45pm: We left for Bedok, the place where I had planned to show them some local delicacies of ours. But before that, to Lorraine's place first!
7:35pm: We were still in the car. Haha... The heavy traffic and wrong turn had caused us much precious time. Wonder if they are hungry already... There and again, were I more worried about mine!?
8:15pm: I finally managed to park my car somewhere FAR from Blk 85, Bedok. I was in dire need of a toilet! Help!!!
I was back at the dining table. Thankfully,I came before the food did. It was a brilliant idea to ask Lorraine along. She did the job of ordering the food. = P And my dad is right! Japaneses like fried noodles with prawns as Take and Yuka feasted down the plate of Hokkien Mee. Haha... Well, I hope they had their fill coz I think I didn't. I wanted to carry on eating but er... I seemed like to be the only survivor with Veron. = (
The night was still young and after consulting them, we decided to have more action before we called it a day. Next stop: Clark Quay!
Haha... I paid for the food again too! Well, I guess it was ok and hor, Lorraine and Veron so not cooporative! They let out my darkest secret that I am actually the stingiest among all and I hardly treat except for Take and Yuka's visit. *Bleah*
9:45pm:I really wonder if Take and Yuka were the tourists as I behaved more like one. Haha... Apparently they had been there during their last visit. Think they had Hagen Daiz Ice-cream then. Just realised that it was our first time(Veron, Lorraine and me) to Clark Quay in the night. Haha... See! We were indeed more like tourists ya!? Lucky that we managed to catch the next group photo together! We had an additional figure; Lorraine.
Nothing special except for the Turkish Ice-cream we had. And hor, ya, I paid for them too. I saw Yuka taking out $50 dollar notes. Well, since already all the way, why not make it a full one. If you understand what I am trying to say. Hee... (It is clearly not advisable to blog at 5 in the morning...)
10:40pm:I wasn't really sure if they like Clark Quay and er... Esplanade. Still, I decided to bring them to our last stop, the DURIAN.
Take had been to the Esplanade before, in the day during their last visit too. Well, I hoped he gets enchanted in some way by the night pictorial landscape of our CBD this time round. We strolled a tiny bit before settling at the bank along the Eplanade promenade.
Guess the mood and the lightning got into us as I chatted with Take from Singapore's history, politics, economics, education, army, social problems etc. And he gladly shared with me his points and views on Japan's too. It was definitely a great conversaton. It was a Man 2 Man's talk. Haha... Well, Veron had her share of Woman 2 Woman's talk. Apparently, Take and Yuka had been to many many countries! I'm so so impressed and jealous. Hee... There and again, they worked hard for it. = P
As we got mesmerized by the night scene, time seemed to have ticked by faster than usual.
11:59pm:I dropped Take and Yuka @ their hotel. SOmehow, I already began to miss them. Haha... Wished them the best of luck to their trip back etc... Time to say good bye. *sob sob* Just one day and there's already so much affinity and inclination. Hope I didn't fail them as a one day tour guide!
Wanna thank Veron and Lorraine for their big help! They really helped me alot. Thanx gals! Hope you folks enjoyed this as much as I had. Been an experience ya?! haha...
Anyway, someone told me don need to be so calculative or something about counting to the bits about the helps etc. Hee... That's really nice to hear but it is precisely so that I see a greater need to appreciate what I have. I believe in fate. Once again, thanx 4 everything!
I am looking forward to Take's next mail and I have decided to learn Jap! haha... I hope one day I can communicate with take in jap. Wish me luck!!! Ciao!!!

Ratatouille... 02/01/08
Had my lunch at Ren Feng's place. Yes, it was MacDonald's again. Haha... Apparently Ren Feng purchased some furniture and they will be delivered today. Her anticipation was clearly everywhere, her face, voice, blog... Guess she will be spending much time in packing her room and arranging her new table cum cupboard.
There's nothing much to do so we decided to watch some Vcd. No wonder she and Veron are best pals... they both have a huge collection of VCDs!!!! I think they can moonlight as VCD vendor or something along the line. ANyway, we settled for Ratatouille. It was a great movie, in fact, it was quite entertaining. = p Oh! Lorraine, thanx for wrapping the presents!
Went home with 2 books, courtesy of RF's sis: World History something something... Haha... Went for a swim, glad to be able to complete more and more laps now. I did 10 laps of breast stroke w/o stopping! It was gradual as I started from 4, 6 then 8 and finally 8. I shall try 20!! And hopefully one day in free style too!
Going to meet my Japanese pen pal tomorrow!! Was on the phone with him for a while as I left a message for him at his hotel. It was funny as I have never really communicated with a true Japanese! Haha... I'm looking forward to it tomorrow and I am glad have Veron to double up as a translator. Hym... Maybe I should consider Jap too... Haha... Guess I will be spending alot tomorrow. There and again, it's all about being hospitality so why brood over the money ya?!
Had a brief chat with Wei Jie on MSn. Glad to share with him some of mine thoughts on certain issues. I hope both of us are right and I just wanna set some thing right, at least back to the way it was.
Haiz... Still no luck in my watch... It's destined...

Happy New Year, 2008!!! 01/01/08
It was a good KTV session at TopOne the day before the New Year Eve Eve. I had tonnes of fun and boy; Veron's bro's girlfriend, Michelle, she can really sing! And when I say sing, I do mean she can sing! She is seriously of singer quality! Haha... Oh! We have found a new KTV buddy!!! She is none other than 佃大爷!! She can sing well too! Well, I reckon as long as you are related to Veron, your singing kung fu must be quite powerful. (Perhaps with me as an exceptional) ... 10:28pm

We had a solid 3 hours of fun playing with this game before chancing upon Kung Fu Hustle on the cable. Haha... Well, what follows doesn't warrant any further elaboration right? We basically watched the show till past 12 as we exchanged New Year greetings with one another. Haha...
After which, it was tactical warefare again : DOTA!!! We didn't play till too late as we agreed to catch some sleep before our movie at AMK hub the next day at 11:30am, Alien Vs Predator 2 that is...
Went to my granny's place for luch after the show and I ended up tutoring my god-sis on her maths. I kind of enjoy teaching. Hym... Call of duty?!
In summary, I had a great time being with my folks. Although the countdown wasn't as well attended as last year, the folks there definitely made my day.
Haiz... I can't get over the fact that the watch is no longer available at Mustafa... Haiz... = (
