Was at my friend's hostel when I read an entry in the
Chicken soup...
In the story, the lady mentioned she would jot down 10 happy things that happened to her each day and thr this, she is much happy as she is able to focus on happy things than otherwise...
I shall try to keep track as well (prob start with 3 for now):
1. Got an excellent value-for-money purchase today @ IMM
2. Sip on a cup of Green Tea Latte @ Starbucks along Holland Village in the afternoon and bum my late evening away
3. To be caught up in the traffic jam along Orchard Road which granted me an opportunity to admire this year's Christmas lighting
