trip down memory lane... 25/07/07

Today has been a memorable day to me! I visited the swimming pool that I first swam in!! Yup, FIRST swam in! Well, at least as far as I can remember, this is the only pool that I can remember visiting when I was young. No, younger. Haha...

The pictures are not too nicely taken and they are all on the same pool. It's the medium pool. I use to swim or should I say, played around in this very pool! Hee... But now I swim in the competitive pool. Still, this is the pool that I first PEEed in. Wee...

The swimming pool has undergone much changes. It's never quite the same as before but the feeling is still the same the moment I stepped into the swimming pool.

Oh, in case you are wondering, this swimming pool is none other than Yishun Swimming Complex. My grandmother stays around this area. When I was in my primary school, every weekends I would stayover at my grandmother's place along with my fellow
cousins.

I would look forward to Saturday back then because my Mum would bring the whole bunch of us to this swimming complex to swim. We would have to walk about 15 minutes, across blocks of flats and an empty field and also a temple. Haha... I can literally picture the whole journey in my head. = P

I believe this childhood memory would stay with me 4ever.

Haven't been swimming for some days and today pretty much exonerated me of my guilt.
Had a great swim but I think I am not improving in my strokes or anything but I think most important is, I enjoyed it!


See the shirt on the left? I have officially purchased my 5th item after like 3 years!? Haha... Pls don't ask me why.

This shirt reminds me of the shirt I gave to XY!!! My "Wanted Good Woman" shirt. I miss that shirt man. Haha... Guess I have to make do with this one.

A terrible semester is ahead. My friends just got into a group and I'm left alone. Very worried and sad. Haiz.. What can I do???

Trip is in another few days but so much has yet to be done and planned and to top it off, I'm going to do my bidding overseas. Nice yeah!? *Faint*
