I have rekindled my friendship with one of my old pal back from Swiss Cottage. Most of all, it has bridged the gap between my cousin and I. We were reminiscing over the days we used to spent at my Granny's. It was heart-warming to know that I'm not the only one holding on to the good old days.
"It used to be every week, but it's every once a yr now." ... fr my cousin...
Ha! We even agreed to arrange a MJ session one of these weekends! I'm looking fwd to it!!!
Live I've mentioned, working has definitely made me drift away from some of my regular folks. And, I guess this is called what growing up is all about.
Anyway, I think I am beginning to interact more often with my parents. Back in those days, I wouldn't be able to have a decent conversation as I'm always preoccupied with my work or so I pretend to be. Ha! But now, I would stay a little longer in the kitchen to chat with my parents, run more often to my bro's room when I heard some juicy gossips which my Mum is sharing with my brother or be it to just stand by the door to my parents' room to just say, "Hi!"
I've grown to appreciate my parents more. And we've made some plans for the end of June. I'm looking forward to them!
