I've been staying at home for the past few weekends... Just realized I've been staying in the same place for the past 20 over years. So much has changed... from the new addition of lifts, the new shop tenants, to the new playground...
Nonetheless, there are still some constants... like my neighbors, the POSB ATM, and the 7pm-sure-chirp-like-mad bunch of birds that hovers round the playground... Ha...
Anyway, I'm quite annoyed by a sight that greets me everyday when I return home; a gathering of PRCs by the void deck smoking and at times, sleeping by the public benches... It's quite an unsightly sight to be honest. And it kind of stains the impression of my neighborhood if you are to ask me...
Hopefully the situation will change for the better soon...
