Worst day of my working life...

I was in a meeting today and I felt terribly humiliated...

A colleague just went berserk and questioned me...

"... This project is totally sucking your energy..."

"The Management thinks that this team is not motivated..."

Upon hearing these, I just told him...
"... Let's not be personal, and remain on the topic of discussion..."

The next moment, the discussion just went downhill.

He went on...." you guys have been working on this for 6 mths, why... ..."

He was clearly questioning our effort.

I replied him, "... If you have a better way of doing, pls let us know, so that we can improve."

Guess his reply... "... If you need me to tell you everything? Why don't i do myself?"

I was speechless... Clearly I was unhappy. I didn't wanna carry on so I looked down and kept quiet.

He went on... "... You look unhappy. What is it that you are u r unhappy? Say..."

I merely replied,"I'm not unhappy. I have nothing to say..."

He was clearly Pissed... Fingers starting pointing...

But the best is yet to come.

In parting, he said,"... You know the Projects ppl well right? You go talk to them and ask them how it is like to work with me."

I questioned,"so-and-so, what's your point?"

He replied,"Go figure it out..."

I was dumbfounded...

I was so pissed and unjust.

I felt like leaving quitting...

I know you have your issues, do have I. Don't vent yours on me.
