The day started a bit earlier as I had to catch a ferry to the island from Senggigi. Anyway, I had a torturous night the day before as I was harassed by mosquitoes. Boooo
Was suppose to catch the public boat to Gili Meno but decided to try my luck by chartering a small speed boat to bring me direct to the island. I think it wasn't a good choice as it set me back by more than SGD 40! Double Boooo
Checked into the hotel and soon I was out on the beach. I took a leisure stroll round the perimeter of the island, along the shoreline before finding a secluded, supposed private beach to tan.
It was nice gallivanting along the beach. The whole stroll took me more than 3 hrs to cover the whole island. Think I could have achieved it within an hour if I've not stopped for lunch and tan.
Btw, booked myself a ferry ride to Gili Trawangan tmr. I think it should be fun.
Oh ya... My face and shoulders are burnt. Damn sad! :(
