Took a short nap after my tan at the beach and decided to head out.
Have no idea in mind but somehow I ended up at Sheraton hotel. Wanted to try the dinner here but ended with a little too much alcohol, 2 pina colada and 2 Bintang beers thanks to the great service from one of the waiters.
Had a great chat with him, and these are what I found:
1. did accountancy in one of the uni at Bundung
2. decided to work in the hospitality line like his dad
3. Is 26 or 27 (couldn't remember. haha, maybe drunk) and his family tried to pair him up with 2 ladies before
4. Worked in Gili Trawangan for a while before joining Sheraton
5. 3 weeks old at Sheraton, Sunset Bar
6. His grandfather is Chinese and his grandma is a Sasak
He introduced me to try this place called Square which was really fantastic (see the pic below)...
With a drink, a seafood platter for 1, salad and a dessert, my total bill was less than SGD 20! What a steal esp when the food was really ambrosial!
And guess what? I've decided to pop by the bar again for a drink and I'm into my 4th Bintang.
Hope I can walk back to my hotel which is like 10mins walk away. Haha
Okay, heading off to Gili Meno tmr!
