Hey-bits!

Old habits are hard to change. Think I've changed a few in the past few months...

1. Drinking...
Use to drink just about every other weekends, sometimes even on weekdays too. 

But lately, I haven't touched any, probably since I left my former work place and my drinking khakis as well...

2. "Hey hey!" & clubbing
Ya, I haven't been "Hey Hey"-ing too. I must say, of all my habits, I miss this Heybit the most.

At work, none of my colleagues seem to appreciate these gestures and they of all, definitely do not go clubbing. So along with my Hey-es, I lost my habit of clubbing too.

3. Golden Arc
Being an ardent fan of Mac since young, I can't believe I've managed to cut down on my intake of Mac. I barely eat more than twice a week these days. 

In replacement, I've been munching on Subway, just about every other day. My fav order: roasted chic + lettuce + cucumber + tomato + mayo.

Oh! I also wish to say that Mac has blacklisted me from their home delivery svc. They really have no idea how much business they are missing out from. :(

4. Gym
In fact, I have been going to the public gym now and then. Just that I've nvr touched any other equipment except for the machines. 

Since signing up a proper gym membership, I've been going to the gym religiously. Since the day I joined till now, my weight has grown a little:
And most recently...
My weight is just as erratic as shares, in fact, it is prob more so.

I'll continue to work on it and hopefully I can hit 70kg soon. And every now and then when I feel lazy, a constant reminder on why I started:
Haha...

Anyway, gyming with peeps is more fun and more encouraging than doing it alone.

Guess that's about all the habits for now...

Just to sidetrack, I've spent way too much money for this month already. Wallet has burnt a huge huge hole. Booo
