Another reason to... 10/08/08

Was having lunch with my folks at Vivo earlier in the day. We were clearly blown away by the great performance put our Chinese counterparts in China in the recent Olympics opening ceremony as we were still discussing it despite being 2 days old in history.
A casual suggestion to visit China, especially Beijing and Shanghai, had gathered rather encouraging responses. Seems like the imprints of dirty smelly public toilets in some of my folks' minds have been long been eroded by the on-going Beijing Olympics and stunning infrastructures built there.
I guess the Watercube and the Bird Nest Stadium has become another reason to visit China.
I would love to visit China again, since my last visit before enlistment back in 2002. It is by far the longest period I have ever spent overseas in a single trip. However, I would still love to visit the Big Apple first.
